and this one’s a bit different for me and I really love it…

Lots of magical goodness and in the shop now!
Got a lot of stuff on the go and yes, it’s frustrating, but I stillllll can’t show you much of anything just yet… stay tuned though as it’s bound to be all released at once! lol

will keep you waiting until the end of the post… hehehe. But first some updates!
I’ve been super busy doing stuff for my website and have a tonne of things in progress, some have been submitted and others are awaiting publication so if you think I’ve been doing no scrapping lately that’s why… will have some new bits and pieces to show you shortly though, as well as some new goodies for eidou.
Righto… Junior L is now coming up 4 1/2 months old, it’s gone really fast and the other day, after being stared at long enough while I ate my lunch, I decided to try him on solids. I started with one of those wee fruit holders (best invention ever!) and put in some pieces of skinless apple. He sucked it into oblivion… complaining when I pulled it away from him. So the next day I tried him with a piece of banana and that seems a favourite so far!! I’ll post a wee video once I’ve had chance to edit it a bit! so cute…
Anyway onto the winner of my RAK… my trusty helper Joshie was on hand to draw the winner. He took his job very seriously, closing his eyes while he drew out a name

So congratulations Sonya!

send me your details chickie and I’ll get it off on its way to you
I’ll probably do this again in a few weeks time when I’ve had another sort out so check back!

Eidou,
Family Updates,
Scrapbooking
It’s been a bit of a busy few weeks since the New Year. Joshie’s gone back to kindy with a sigh of relief (I’m sure most parents will relate) and he’s happy to be back. He missed his friends over the Christmas break and although we did meet up with some of them, it wasn’t the same as at kindy.
And I’ve been busy. I’m back to working again (well doing as much as I can with a “now-busy-look-at-me-mummy-I’m-here-don’t-ignore-me-or-even-think-about-typing-that” baby) and I’ve also been working on a few pet projects, namely my Eidou site. It’s my other baby. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and it’s coming back together in a form more suited to me being able to manage it! It’s basically where I can sell everything I decide to create, and I do a lot of stuff you’ve probably never seen.
Before I tried scrapbooking I’d tried everything else. Seriously. I mean EVERYTHING.
Jewellery making (not very good but enjoyed it).
Candle making (don’t even GO there).
Knitting (I’m pretty damned good at that one).
Macrame (it WAS the 70′s/80′s).
Teddy Bears (yep, those too).
Sewing (mum taught me).
Paper Tole (loved that too).
Mosaics (took up too much space and I missed paper).
Quilting (very brief encounter after buying all the stuff).
Stamp Making (wasn’t cost-effective for me).
Felt Toys (not entirely over these).
And there’s no doubt a whole heap more I’ve forgotten about. I’m a one-woman cottage industry… LOL. If it’s crafty you KNOW I’m going to want to give it a go.
Anyway, because I do so many different things (even though scrapping is still my absolute number 1), and because I’ve always had it in mind to do my own stuff, I decided it was time to just get on with it. So I’ve been playing with clay… and things like these are now in my store!

They’re cheap as chips compared to the resin variety and the work that goes into them, and they really do add a little something special to a page/card/project.
Keep an eye on the store for an awesome new product that I can’t wait to share with you (Janine, you know what I’m talking about)!! Yep it’s coming really soon…
